About the Event
Discover the healing effects of a sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, known for creating unique and soothing sounds scientifically proven to impact both physical and emotional well-being. The galleries will be open and available for viewing during the midday session.
What to Expect
Introduction to Sound Bowls: Gain a deeper understanding of Sound Bowls and how they can contribute to overall well-being.
Guided Breathwork: Start the session with a short guided breathwork practice to enhance relaxation and focus. Guided meditation lasts about 15 minutes.
Sound Bath Experience: Immerse yourself in the transformative power of the Sound Bath. Choose to relax comfortably in a lying down or seated position. Sound lasts about 45 minutes.
What to Bring
For your comfort, feel free to bring:
Notepad and Pen: If you wish to journal during or after the session.
Natalie Jo Baker (she/they) has spent 15 years practicing meditation and relaxation through a variety of modalities. Natalie has found that Singing Bowls are a way to experience and maintain a relaxed state of mind, body and spirit. Natalie Jo is currently a WellBeing Facilitator at YMCA of the North and Certified Health and Wellness Coach in the Community as Medicine model. Natalie Jo is looking forward to becoming a national board-certified health and wellness coach in 2024 to serve in-community here in Rochester, Minnesota.
