Benjamin Busch is a US-American visual artist living in Berlin. First trained as an architect, he received his M.A. in Spatial Strategies in 2017 from the Weissensee Academy of Art, Berlin. His artistic practice centers on spatial production and engages multiple formats, including VR, 3D scanning, video, photography, installation and sculpture. He draws from a classical training in architecture to engage, from a queer perspective, the social production of space as a convergence of its perceived, conceived and lived modalities.

Sadia Sharmin is an architect, researcher and academic from Dhaka, Bangladesh. She studied architecture at the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. Since 2016, Sadia has been conducting independent and collaborative research in the self-organized settlements of Dhaka city. Her research interest focuses on everyday life, gender norms, re-evaluation of space, and collective knowledge production. In her work with the community and grassroots organizations, she explores alternative and interdisciplinary approaches.

Clement Valla is a New York based artist whose work considers how humans and computers are increasingly entangled in making, seeing and reading pictures.

Formafantasma is a research-based design studio investigating the ecological, historical, political and social forces shaping the discipline of design today. Italians Andrea Trimarchi and Simone Farresin have championed the need for value-laden advocacy merged with holistic design thinking to facilitate a deeper understanding of both our natural and built environments and to propose transformative interventions through design.

Oddviz is an art collective based in İstanbul that uses photogrammetry to 3D scan objects and locations and produce fictional 3D digital replicas of these spaces. Oddviz is composed of architect Çağrı Taşkın, expert in 3D modeling, visuals and visualization, environmental engineer Serkan Kaptan, now working at the intersection of digital arts, performance art and political ecology, and painter, photographer and digital artist Erdal İnci.

shirin anlen is a creative technologist, researcher and artist based in New York. Her work explores the societal implications of emerging technology, with a focus on internet platforms and artificial intelligence. She is the Media Technologist at WITNESS’s Technology Threats and Opportunities program, where she investigates the impact of deepfakes, media manipulation, media forensics, content authenticity and cryptography practices in the space of human rights violations.
