The Rochester Art Center is free for all Olmsted County Residents in 2009, thanks to generous contributions made by individuals during our ARTBASH fundraiser in October 2008. We encourage everyone residing in Olmsted County to take advantage of this unique free opportunity.

From Highway 52:
Take the Second Street SW exit, head east. Proceed on Second Street until it comes to a T intersection at Civic Center Drive. The Art Center is directly in front of you, accessible via the circle drive of the Mayo Civic Center.
Parking
Meters
Meters are enforced 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except major holidays. Meters are not enforced after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays or on Saturdays or Sundays.
Free Parking
Park free in any city ramp for the first hour, on weekdays after 5:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m., and weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.. The Civic Center ramp is across from the Art Center accessible from First Avenue SE.
Accessibility
Wheelchair visitor parking is available in the Civic Center ramp across the street.
