Free Thursdays at the Rochester Art Center offer free admission to the galleries all day on Thursdays. Other Free Thursdays activities include Art for Lunch and ARTWALK.

ART FOR LUNCH
Thursdays | 11 am – 1 pm | FREE
Bring your own "brown bag" lunch to enjoy in our Grand Lobby and join an Art Center docent for a 20 minute tour of the exhibitions on display. Please contact Tour Coordinator Chris Delisle 507.424.3308 or cdelisle@rochesterartcenter.org to schedule a tour for a group or individual at least one week in advance.
A docent is a trained museum volunteer who acts as both a teacher and a guide. Feel free to ask any and many questions to your docent about the exhibitions!
When exhibitions are closed, please call the Art Center at 507.282.8629 to schedule a tour focusing on the architecture and history of the Rochester Art Center.

ARTWALK
Thursday, September 29 | 5 – 9 pm
The Rochester Downtown Alliance along with downtown merchants and local artists present an evening ARTWALK. Enjoy the fresh air while you experience all of the art and culture that downtown Rochester has to offer. Pick up your ‘passport’ at Rochester Art Center or the information kiosk in the Peace Plaza to begin your route. Visit each participating venue and register for a chance to win a fabulous downtown prize package.
